- The 12-passenger van is operated by a professional Township driver. New passengers must arrange for an appointment with a member of the Visiting Nurse Association prior to taking advantage of the service by call Karen Ellis at (908) 766-0180 x 139.
- The VNA member will come to the individual's home, will fill out the necessary paperwork (contact information, medical history and a "hold harmless" agreement) and will determine if there are any services that the VNA might provide to the resident. Once the Township has received the completed forms from the VNA, the resident will be notified of their eligibility to use the van service.
